Call Center Experience
We offer over 30 years combined experience with contact center operations alone. Some have been recognized for their contributions to workforce management organizations, overall management of contact center operations, contact center start ups and multiple contact centers utilizing virtual call routing technology. We have worked in management roles with AT&T, AT&T Universal Card Services (Malcom Baldrige National Quality Award winner), HSBC, Nextel Communications, Sears, Lucent Technologies and Avaya among several others.
